As past Tonys have shown, they have the discretion to bump up or down performers (or worse, eliminate categories). I easily could see Daniel J. Watts, who plays Ike in ''Tina,'' bumped up to Leading Actor in a Musical. Kobna Holdbrook-Smith, who was Ike on the West End, was nominated for Leading at the Olivier Awards - and won!
