If they pick single winners, my guesses for the winners would be:

Production:
Moulin Rouge
The Inheritance
A Soldier's Play

Acting:
Aaron Tveit
Adrienne Warren
Danny Burstein
Lauren Patten

Paul Hilton
Lois Smith

For all of the above, I think the only potential realistic alternatives would be Jagged Little Pill for Best Musical, Slave Play for Best Play, and David Alan Grier for A Soldier's Play. I think the others are heavy favorites.

I personally thought that David Alan Grier was fine but not particularly special, but he and Hilton were both nominated for both the Outer Critics Circle and the Drama Desks in this category, so apparently, others feel he gave an award-worthy performance.

The play Leading categories are much trickier. Leading Actor could be Tom Hiddleston or Kyle Soller. (I would personally give the award to Ian Barford, but he won't win.) My guess for Leading Actress is Joaquina Kalukango, with Laura Linney also a possibility. I think Mary-Louise Parker's likely tour de force next season in How I Learned to Drive, combined with her prior win, might affect her chances this season.
