I’ve loved David Byrne for decades. I’ve been to over a dozen Black Lives Matter protests this summer, including one tonight.
American Utopia is not a BLM show – who came up with that trailer?!?! (the question is rhetorical)
After 2 hours of performing songs from David’s illustrious career as a solo artist and member of Talking Heads, Spike Lee uses the one cover song to promote the HBO program? And to make sure everyone knows it’s all about him, Spike includes a shot of himself in the audience! |
