It is not that unpopular an opinion. There are a number of us who count Ruddigore as their favorite. And its patter trio seems to appear once a decade on Broadway in some popular musical or other.

And its patter trio seems to appear once a decade on Broadway in some popular musical or other. Well, the Papp Pirates in 1981 and Millie in 2002. But I think that's it. :-)
