| Thanks, I'd be curious to see the differences. Reading Maxwell Anderson's bio on wiki I find I have quite a bit of respect for him, a successful writer who came from a very humble background. I used to find him deadly, with his historical dramas in blank verse, but I think something like "The Bad Seed" shows him to be a highly skilled dramatist and adapter, someone who really understood the theater and the potential of an actor's performance. |
