I imagine there are some Tony voters on this board, so maybe they can answer. If they are, what deadline have they been given?
I assume they don't need a lot of time. There are no shows to catch. Either the voters saw the nominated shows or they didn't.
I believe ''West Side Story'' and ''Girl From the North Country'' weren't eligible because not enough of the nominators/voters had seen 'em.
Meantime, there's still no announced date for the virtual Tony telecast. Will it include any live performances, or will they just use B-roll?
The recent Olivier Awards featured a fascinatng combination of in-person and virtual acceptance speeches. B-roll and interviews. |
