| If you want movie musicals, I'll agree with those, plus "Love Me Tonight" (Maurice Chevalier/Jeanette McDonald/Myrna Loy with great Rodgers and Hart score and inventive direction), "The Young Girls of Rochefort" a beautiful French musical homage to Hollywood musicals, also "Gigi" and most any Astaire/Rogers films, but especially "Top Hat". |
