| Rodger and hart, Lerner and Lowe, Bernstein and probably cy Coleman. But very few really rise to the highest levels like Rodger and Hammerstein, kander & ebb, Lloyd Weber and Sondheim with each having at least a half dozen really remarkable shows—not just two or three. |
