Will CURSED CHILD come back as a one-nighter?

There are rumors (just rumors) that when Harry Potter and the Cursed Child reopens it will do so as a single parter, no longer requiring two performances to tell its story. I have even heard that it will be done in three acts; about 1 hour 20 min. for act 1, 1 hour 10 min. for act 2, and 1 hour for act 3. That would bring the whole show to about 3 1/2 hours, or 4 hours with two intermissions. The other option being looked at is two acts, with about 1 hour and 30 minutes for each.
This might make it a lot easier for regional and eventually community theaters to do the show, as I anticipate once this closes in NY it will be quite popular to produce across the country. I do think it would be fairly easy to trim down, and it might be even more effective this way.
