| It was actually experiencing some losing weeks. It's weekly nut was much higher than what was speculated on ATC. Given the technology involved, I don't think it can be shortened to a single play. I think it's questionable whether it will re-open on Broadway. If you count the costs to renovate the Lyric and refit it for the show, the production was probably around $30 million in the red when the shutdown occurred. | |
