Could "Dear World" possibly be feasible for Reba if it were set in Paris, Texas?

That way everyone cast could have a Southwestern twang accent and Reba might be able to play it and sing those songs? It might be an out-there idea, but then again has "Dear World" ever truly worked as written? Plus it's about being unconventional.
