| Totally on board with you on that. I was mesmerized, and again, kudos to IFC Center. I felt like I was THERE in that town. And again, esp. the beach/ocean sequence, which is really incredible when you think afterward about what had to go into it via planning: the ocean itself; concern for the actors (esp. the children). A masterful sequence. Up there with any set piece you can n name from anything ever made. |
