| Just when theaters will be opening up depending on when in 2022. There might have been some delay when construction was stopped earlier this year. But in San Fran construction is happening and I assume ny also. The nederlanders lucked out in having this happen now when everything is shut down. |

| I was thinking about this too...the thing is that this never struck me as a very sound idea. There was plenty of vacant retail space around Times Square even before COVID-19. Between this project and the mall going in under the Marriott Marquis, I have a feeling that there's going to be a lot of overpriced empty storefronts in Times Square, unless the idea here is to make the rents affordable for businesses that aren't national chains. | |
