Paul McCartney was working on IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE, but that was early this year, and who knows what’s happened to those plans.

I have often wondered why this wasn't musicalized. It to me would seem to be a natural.

Was it musicalized and I just missed it? It certainly did not make it to Broadway if so. Correct me please if I am incorrect.

It's one of my favorite movies, esp. this time of year. AND ESP. THIS YEAR.

There is a version by Sheldon Harnick and Joe Raposo that was done in concert at the Paper Mill a few years back. It may have had a production at the U of Michigan. It dates back to the 80's.

Fascinating tidbit. Thanks for sharing. I'll investigate when I'm snowed in.
