| OK, since I like Morrison a lot, I Yahoo'd and see that this will be aired on Dec. 9. The promo is OK for what this is. The twitteratzi response to this promo is comically overwrought. I've seen far worse (aka Matthew Broderick in the eight-hour "Music Man" or Jason Alexander in "Bye Bye Birdie"--I don't know how long that one was, I fled the house after 30 minutes.) Matt as a cute fey Grinch. I'm not writing this off. He deserves more exposure (Morrison, not the Grinch. If this is the last Grinch, Merry Christmas.) |

| Sorry, man. I'll concede it's well sung, and well costumed, but it is FLAT AS HELL OTHERWISE. They don't even dance. Writhing around on cheap-looking tables and clutching your face does not compensate. Where are they anyway, in the back room of a Sizzler's? I guess Ann-Margret spoiled me for life. |

| That odd new song they added for Vanessa Williams that was totally wrong for the the style of the score...ugh. At least there were no turtles or Russian ballets....;-) |
