Any information on this musical number featuring Grace Kelly and Ralph Meeker?

Is it from a show? Was it just written to give the two of them a skit? It's from 1953, when he was in Picnic on Broadway and her career was taking off. It's talk-singing, if you can even call it that, and they clearly weren't meant to be doing musicals but as a one-off it's quite charming.
