| But not on the original recording. Though that one included the complete depository scene, much of which is not underscored. But I'm not sure I understand your point. :-) |

| oh i was just saying that not having music under a scene or speech hasn't prevented a scene or speech from being included on a cast album of other shows (specifically Assassins... can't think of other examples off the top of my head. Are there any?). | |

| The cast album of Ben Franklin in Paris ends with a lengthy speech -- it runs about 4:30 -- rather than a musical number. The first minute of it plays without underscoring. It turns into a musical number at about the 3:30 point. |
