| I have no sympathy for the institution. They have profited for years off of unpaid labor and exploitation. They're in a hell of their own making. And BIPOC people can perpetuate systems of oppression just as keenly as white folks, one of the reasons we need to focus less on cosmetics (how diverse or liberal an organization seems on paper) and more on how things are actually being run. |
