It said it was a water main break, which would not be the fault of either. But the insurance companies will work this out between them. The theatre should only be left with a deductible, a mess, and a lot of work.
The loss would of course have been a bigger deal had we not be in the middle of a pandemic and there had to be cancelled performances because of this. |
