I think that "The Song That Goes Like This" would be just fine - I think that even non-theatre fans would understand the joke. I'm not sure "You Won't Succeed" would work as well at this point, though since Python tends to get away with skewering everyone, they might feel it can work.
I wouldn't see the point in doing a non-musical version, given that the songs added for Broadway is what makes the show essentially different from Holy Grail. At least with Mulan, there was the "live action" tease, for what it was worth (and I haven't seen it, but from what I hear, it wasn't worth it). |
