I too saw "Money Talks," although I don't remember much about it other than the fact that it was awful. My main interest was in Helen Gallagher, who walked away with the best, although hardly glowing reviews. As I recall, she and Gray got to sing a number together -- possibly, "Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive," although my program doesn't credit that song. Instead there is an insert regarding "Marrying for Love" which was being "used by special arrangement." The Times reviewer said the play reminded him of the "Bad Theater" skits on SNL in which a pompous critic, played by Dan Aykroyd, "celebrated some of the worst plays ever written. 'Money Talks' would have been a prime candidate for Mr. Aykroyd's scrutiny."
