| FWIW, I went into the production VERY skeptical about the whole circus theme. I'm not a big circus/Cirque fan and, in theory, it sounded like unnecessary, over-the-top spectacle that would muddy and overwhelm the lean, muscular staging the original supplied in spades. So... I was shocked to find how well it worked for me. |
