| I've always been curious about MARATHON '33. What I've heard and read about it make me wonder if, when they couldn't secure the rights to THEY SHOOT HORSES, DON'T THEY?, Kander and Ebb may have considered Havoc's play as the basis for what ultimately became the tepid STEEL PIER. |
