| Well, I hope not. I am assuming they've completed filming and are in the process of editing the film together. So, how does the studio know if it has an amazing film at this point? Studios tend to release movies they are trying to hide in September (after their big summer blockbusters) or in January/February (after their holiday "Award Season" releases). I loved this show on stage and I'm hoping it makes a great film. But a Sept. release doesn't fill me with confidence. |
