I think Lesley Ann Warren was mentioned(for the 1985 film)...her partner at the time was the film's choreographer..Ann-Margret's name came up though she would have been a little old for it then though in all the recent revivals the Cassies and some of the others seem a little too YOUNG to have been on the line for so long
For Murphy's version I could see Annaleigh Ashford as Val |
