| I'm not a fan of AIDA, but however one feels about it, I would say that none of the songs have had any kind of a life outside of the show, which is not a good sign in terms of the quality of the score. I could be wrong, but I strongly suspect there will never be a Broadway revival of AIDA or a full-out film verison, though possibly there might be a TV version some day. |
