| I would pose the question - how many musical film versions of stage musicals, based on truly classic iconic non-musical films, have actually done well? All the more reason why Webber's version of Sunset Blvd should NOT be made into a feature film. We already have Swanson and company on film forever as the standard bearer - who could ask for anything more? |
