| The worst musical I have seen in this century was a disaster called Josephine (Baker) at Asolo Rep. As a teenager I saw the negatively fabled Kelly pre Broadway in Boston. It was every bit as awful as legend has it. When Bruce Yeko recorded a cast album I borrowed a copy (wouldn't pay because I remembered the score as pretty bad) and listened to remind myself that it had no redeeming music, one of the worst scores ever for a broadway bound show. |
