I've always found the backstories and creation of A Chorus Line fascinating. IIRC, doesn't Ryan Murphy either have or have access to Michael Bennett's recorded sessions? What I wouldn't give to hear those tapes. While there may not be enough for a mini-series (although you've also got to add the stories of Hamlisch, Kleban, Kirkwood and Dante to the mix), I'd still watch it.
