Signature Theatre - DC is streaming a Sondheim revue using Marquee TV as a platform. I put it on my Roku so I could pay to watch the stream and saw that it has quite a bit of other arts programming on it. My preference has been to pay by the view rather than subscribe to a service, but I might make an exception here. I'd love to read reports from those who subscribe about what you like about Marquee TV - and what you don't like, if anything.
