Getting back to the stage Sally from the film, which did accommodate Liza being American, I doubt Prince objected to her age. She was only 7 months younger than Haworth and I don't think Haworth read as older.
But, look, Liza had a genius director for the movie who saw to it that she came across very well, not to mention winning an Oscar. Isn't that enough?? |
