| "The only reason this is getting any play is because the silly old man saying it is famous." Well, and sperically because he's famous in theatrical circles, as both a composer and a theater owner. Just out of curiosity, ryhog, do you think any of the several PR people employed by ALW attempt to get him to stop saying idiotic things, or are they not employed for that purpose and have no sway over him in that regard? |

| Ha. I don't know. I doubt he pays anyone to tell him to stop saying idiotic things. I guess the real question is whether he (like some others, including some others in this business) only engages people who say yes to his ideas and I suspect the answer to that is yes. Some people lack much of an onboard editing capability. Some of us lose find our ability to edit what we say diminishes over time (sometimes charmingly) and some of us seem to have lost this ability at a young age (including a certain performer who had a famous association with the aforementioned composer in the last century). |
