Pearlie Mae and her ‘after show speech’ was an almost ‘second show’.
But, as time went on, Equity ruled (after numerous complaints) that the cast no longer had to dress the set while she did her one-woman show. A show which was, indeed, "hilarious and fabulous."
I recall her referring to the date she joined the show as the time "David started giving me a little change." |
