If Mrs. Doubtfire comes back, I would imagine it wouldn't be until spring 2022. Jerry Zaks has The Music Man previewing December 20, so I imagine rehearsals for that will start late October/early November. I'd imagine Music man will be his priority (just a guess).
I agree with your timeline and also the priority. Worth noting that Doubtfire has already been up so what is required of Zaks is much less so that timeline is viable. I also think it would be insanity to try to reopen Doubtfire sooner. I suspect it will be insane to try for the Spring altogether but we shall see.
