I agree with your timeline comments. I am not so sure shows will open based on the notion of wasting reserves; people don't think that way. I think Hamilton can and will open sooner rather than later because there is a demand for it locally at a lower price point and they will make money at half of their pre-covid grosses. The other two you mention are tourist shows primarily and I do not think we will see them quite so soon. Also, as I have mentioned before, everyone is worried about over-dilution. Of your next group, I think Company should be added, probably ahead of some of yours. And regarding force outs, I don't think that's going to be much of an issue. I think we will be doing very well to have half the theatres open by the Tony cutoff, whenever it is, so letting someone stay put is not a bad idea; at least there is a little cash coming in to pay someone to keep the pipes from freezing.

I don't think we can fret about what happens in future years. Let's get everybody vaccinated once, get the lights re-lit, and then we will have time to see where we are. Regarding vaccine timeline, this morning Fauci said that based on what's happening now, he expects we will start the vaccination of everyone by April and that herd immunity could arrive sooner than the end of the year as previously predicted- as soon as the end of summer.
