| Sorry, I didn't mean to include WEST SIDE STORY as part of the list. Yes, the entire prologue and most of the "Jet Song" were famously filmed in NYC. One location was on the west side in the area of what is now Lincoln Center, and the playground that featured prominently in the opening sequences was apparently located on the east side, I think between 109th and 100th streets. |
