Netflix's TINY PRETTY THINGS also addresses racism in the ballet world, although it's really not for kids...even though it's set in a ballet school.

The show's lead is an African-American ballet student from LA who gets a scholarship to attend a prestigious ballet training academy in Chicago whose student body is almost entirely white.

It's a sexy "teen" murder high school kind of show, but I really enjoyed it, not least because the cast is comprised of actual trained dancers who can also act.
