"Since there is no Plymouth Theatre in London- although I am guessing there is one in Plymouth- perhaps she made a mental switch to another P theatre?"

Close...The Theatre Royal, Plymouth in it's current iteration opened in 1982, but there has been a theatre with that name in Plymouth since 1789.

"The original Roger Rees/Felicity Kendal production played the Strand; the Stephen Dillane/Jennifer Ehle revival opened at the Donmar and transferred to the Albery (now the Novello); and the Toby Stephens/Hattie Morahan production played the Old Vic."

Just FYI, it's the Strand that's now the Novello; the name was changed in 2005. The Albery is now the Noel Coward Theatre; that name changed in 2006.
