| I found Slave Play to be far more interesting and far more challenging than The Inheritance. I didn’t really feel that The Inheritance told me anything I didn’t know. I also agree with the post that said it was endless. Part 2 really dragged for me. And the big coup de theatre that occurs at the end of part 1 has been done before. That being said, the monologue that Walter does in Part 1 was, for me, the most gorgeous writing all season. |
