| This is a work in progress and will be refined. The Excelsior Pass is the pilot program for this, and it is app based. You can look it up for details. Requiring proof and then having cheats is not a major issue in the short run because the increase to 150 is based on giving on-site tests. (Also remember that it is the lesser of 150 or 33%, so this would not even come into play for venues over 300. A venue would be stupid to risk closure and fines, and larger ones are less likely to be stupid, not to mention that most venues will never do the tests so they will be limited to 100. It is not based on vaccination at present. By the time we get to that point, it will be hardwired into apps and easily verified. |
