| A few years ago I saw and didn't completely understand MR. BURNS, A POST ELECTRIC PLAY. It took a fair amount of reading for me to understand that the playwright was showing theater/story telling reinventing itself after a cataclysmic event. The more and more I see theater and opera finding new ways to move forward during the pandemic I marvel at how precient this play was. Comments? |
