With good direction and good production, this is an excellent play. The storytelling in the first act seems so natural and spontaneous, and the dread in the second act so palpable and real. And then--then--that third act--wow.

My group and I had misunderstood what we would be seeing--expecting a lighter, more satirical take, perhaps. We were knocked over.

At San Fran ACT. I was bored and I love post apocalyptic plots like the walking dead. Retelling a story (Simpson cartoon) distorted by current events is not revolutionary. Book of Mormon does that more effectively.

I have a great deal of experiencing knowing what you are likely to like and not, and I would definitely put this in the latter category.
