| Threats of prosecution notwithstanding, what made them think anyone would be fooled into thinking it sets an industry standard to do what is obviously legal and commonsensical? What a crazy thing to send out a self-congratulatory press release about. | |

| In the crazy world of spinning sows' ears into silk purses, they realize that most people will be fooled because (a) they don't know anything about the case and (b) they are not even going to read far enough beyond the headline to see the arguable red flag about the AG of Washington. And for that crowd, this is good publicity about a company that probably is going to need it and more. Hence the spin. | |

| I guess my point is, even if one reads only the headline, it seems ludicrous to crow about the fact that you're paying people back money for a product they didn't receive--and that that might be considered some industry standard worth a press release. Seems the bare-floor minimum to me, with no other context needed. | |
