| These shows do not seem to be shows that were recorded with some kind of public release in mind. It appears (or am I wrong?) that these are recordings from their archival collection. They recorded the entire shows, then edited down to create "Press Reels" that news organizations used to accompany their reviews or other stories about the productions. The full videos are then stored for archival purposes. Yet, they are being broadcast. Is that correct? What does this mean for the potential streaming of other shows from their archive? Are these the same recordings one would see when watching a video from their TOFT collection? | |

| TOFT is a collection of the New York Public Library housed at the Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. Despite being mere feet away, Lincoln Center Theater is an entirely separate organization. Whatever arrangements LCT has made to use footage from its own archive have nothing to do with TOFT. |
