| I couldn’t find a list of shows that won the tony and Grammy. I think it usually happens like hamilton, bands visit, hadestown and dear Evan Hansen. But beautiful won over gentleman’s guide. And then there are different years competing. Moulin rouge lost Grammy to hadestown recording and moulin isn’t in same tony season. Tina wasn’t nominated. I do think this years completion is between MR and JLP. If I were a voter it’s a tough call on spectacle vapid production or meaningful smallish musical. I think I would vote for JLP but I think MR will win. |
