| I think "Vanya and Sonia and Marsha and Spike" would have been a great title, maybe even a better one, although Kristine Nielsen's character would have to be the Marsha! Has anyone watched the stream yet? The instructions say you can only watch once, and you have only a 5-hour period to watch it. Does that mean you can't replay portions of it during the viewing period, or do they just mean you only get one 5-hour period to watch the whole show? |

| The free code gives you full access as if it were a purchased streaming movie or a youtube clip. You can skip ahead or go back or pause or rewatch. All up to you. It's a terrific capture of the play and for those who enjoy it, a great revisit. I am excited to seewhat they release next. The LTC commercial at the end makes it clear the breadth of shows for which they habe decent shows well back into the 80s. |

| It doesn’t seem like using the code can’t be used again. I find the play a bore and weaver over acts. I think lucky guy should have won. |

| I assume the system will knock you off after the time and I would not assume you can just start again within the same IP address. Of course most of us have access to alternatives. | |

|
| i know its not hard, but i just assume it wouldn't really track that for something free. I wouldn't watch it again anyway and i don't like watching shows in pieces (I won't start it unless i have the 2 hours to spend). I am looking forward to the other LCT shows since i didn't see them live or locally. | |

|
| I would assume the system tracks it because I cannot imagine building a system like this one (designed for paid use not free obvs) and not checking IP address; it's basic. To NOT track it for something free would require new coding, and why bother. So I don't know but that's what I think, yes. | |

| Once you start, you have five hours to watch. You can replay, or stop and revisit later. I only made it through the first act. All six actors are nailing it. I remember loving it on stage, but just liking it on video. |

| BillyD, thank you! That's very helpful. I loved it on stage, but I am one of those who just doesn't find pre-recorded theater to be generally all that exciting, so I think I may feel similarly but am prepared for that. | |

| I almost prefer the imperfect recording to the more "sophisticated" NT Live and other broadcasts. I wish I liked the play more. I'd seen it in L.A. with Nielsen and the lovely late Mark Blum, Christine Ebersole and David Hull. All fine performers but it felt like heavy lifting. In this original cast I thought Sigourney had the right Durang energy (from 40 years of experience) but even that didn't always elevate the material. |

| "In this original cast I thought Sigourney had the right Durang energy (from 40 years of experience) but even that didn't always elevate the material." Interesting, as I thought she was the only cast member who missed the boat -- and missed it by a long shot, so much so that almost every time her character started speaking, I found myself hoping she's soon stop. To each their own! |

| I totally agree. She seemed to have little understanding of the character, absolutely no comic timing and as a result left a huge hole in the play. Would love to have seen Julie White. The rest of the cast were terrific. | |

| Julie WHite nailed Masha when she took over - mainly because she showed us the real person under Masha;'s artifice. ANd also invented one of the biggest laughs in the show. | |

| Here you go ... in the scene where Masha comes downstairs dressed as Snow White, Nina asks Masha, in re Spike: "What is he going as?" and Masha replies: "He's going as Prince Charming. It took a long time to convince him .... so everyone tell him he looks sexy." Sigourney just said this, instructing people how to respond to help HER out. Julie White - in the space where I put (...) - rotates her haw for a moment - letting us know EXACTLY how she convince Spike. It brought down the house every night. | |
