| Looking back at my high school drama experiences, I don’t fit many of these bingo slots, but I certainly knew many people who could claim BINGO instantly. The “cast as dour spinster” space, however, is mine: Juliet’s Nurse in the “continuation” of R&J, JULIET IN MANTUA; Grandmother Tzeitel (well, dour widow is more apt here); the Wicked Witch of the West; and the oldest of James Thurber’s aunts in JABBERWOCKY.
