Is it a union card? Is it current or contracted employment? If you are an out of work actor (etc) who hopes to get cast in a show in the fall, where do you fit in? I'm sorry but all of this just strikes me as puff, and there are a lot of things DeBlasio has not done that have not been pre-empted by Cuomo, most of which have one thing in common: they require actually work. |
