I'm glad you liked "poutrage." It isn't an original coinage of mine (just in case anyone thought it was). I had never heard it either until pretty recently--maybe three or four years ago, in political websites. It seems to mean a faked "outrage" that isn't really felt by the speaker, but used to score political debating points.
