Yeah, I didn't bother to comment on that weird paragraph. Also, has Sondheim or anyone else ever identified "I'm Still Here" as a Harold Arlen pastiche? If so, which Arlen song(s) were the inspiration? I suppose maybe there are some similarities to "Stormy Weather," but that's a stretch to say the least. Maybe "Anyplace I Hang My Hat is Home?"
